4 x 800m hill with recovery down.

The first one was bad. I wasn't warmed up and ready to go, but I think I made up for it on the last one.

Looked back at other hill workouts and this one was good despite the first one being slow. Take two seconds off each rep because of the added distance this year, and things are looking real good. 2:51 becomes a 2:49 and that crushes anything I've done on that hill to date.
