Planned: 2.5 @ 6:10-6:20 pace, 2 min walking/standing rest, 5 x 3 mins @ 5:55 pace w/ 1 min jog rest

Actual: 2.5 @ 6:15 pace, 5 x 3 ?

Ran this on the trail tonight so it was hard to get any pace for the 3 min sections. The first one was about 2:50. All the others I just tried to run hard. It was muddy and slippery, so I don't think I quite hit what I wanted to, but I was happy with the effort considering the conditions and the fact that it was on the trail.
