Planned: 10 x hill w/ jog down, 1/2 mile jog rest, 2 miles cutdown run (6:10, 6:00?)
Actual: 10 x hill 200 up @ about 45 secs, 2 miles: 6:09, 5:52
It was hot today, and I was really working the last 800, and I mean really working. Splits: 3:00, 3:09, 2:57, 2:55
Ended up dehydrated afterwards, and I got a bad, bad headache. This usually happens during the first hard workout of the summer. Still sucks.
