6 minute challenge
Planned: Up to 7 miles at 6:00 to 6:10 pace
Not sure about this being tempo pace, but close enough, I guess. More of a marathon pace.
Actual: 6:06, 5:57, 6:00, 5:56, 6:02, 6:08, 5:55
Ran marathon course. First two miles warmup. MIle two to five and back to mile one for the workout. One to start for cooldown.
Not bad. It shouldn't be too difficult to run 6 min miles.
