Tried to work the workout into the long run. It didn't work.

Planned: 3 x 2 mile @ 6:00, 5:50, 5:40 with 1 min, 4 min standing rest.

Actual: 2 x 2 mile @ 6:03, 5:57

3 mile warm up, workout, 7 mile cool down

It was humid, my legs were dead. Maybe from the mileage and the biking with the Fleet Feet group.
