4x800m hills with jog down as recovery. 3:13, 3:13, 3:19, 3:15

Ugh. It took me twenty-nine minutes to get out the door because I was tired and still sore from Thursday. There was definitely plodding on the warm-up. I just had to go by feel today, and it didn't done hurt good. I stopped the bleeding on the last one, but not the pain. Took some extra time at the bottom to recover after coming back down. Great; only a ten-miler tomorrow.
