5 easy, 15 steady
Was patient in the first 5 steady miles because of the breeze, then was able to get moving over the last 10. Knew 19 was going up the hill, also realized I was running into the breeze up that hill, so it was tough. Tried to get back into a good effort over the last 1.5.
Felt under control. Aerobically, seemed pretty good. My legs were getting a good pounding. Haven't done a long road workout like that in a long time.
