Progression Run: Try to get miles under 6 and keep them there.

Well, this knocked a few notches off the old confidence meter. I was totally dehydrated after this one--enough that I got a migraine--even though I drank plenty of water. I knew mile 5 would be tough because it's almost all uphill, but I didn't know it would take that much out of me. At least, I think that the hill got to me, the heat, and I don't know about the rest. I think there might be some kind of mental or physical block (maybe a combination of both) that prevents me from running a good workout of longer mileage.

I have no idea how I'm going to run a marathon at 6:05 pace, or much less a long run with 10 miles at that pace.
