Notes

Going to get x-rays on Tuesday. Could've gone yesterday but I had rehearsals so that sucked. Honestly my leg feels better. I just don't want to lose my aerobic strength but I feel that the first few cross training sessions have had a huge benefit on my muscular strength. I feel a lot of burn on the bike and aqua jogging was rather difficult, excited to elliptical today.
