This was one of the best workouts I’ve had in a while. Even though I personally had some issues with cramps and my toes hurting, we had such an amazing pack of guys this run. Vasant was being a chad of leader and probs to him for this quality workout. We went out at about 6:30ish pace, probably a little quicker. I started cramping but I held on the tail end of the pack until about 30 seconds until we had to turn to massage it out. Quinn gave me a breathing tip and magically my cramps went away. The rest of the run we stayed at a consistent 6:20ish pace and i was really trying to focus on form, breathing, and cadence which I got to about 175 at the last 20 minutes. Finished up at about 5:50-6:00 pace with Jrod and then did 10 juicy strides. Great work to everyone on this workout.
