morning run for today. Stomach felt not very good so I could not run fast, it feels like I have a rock or something in my stomach. I'm going to have to move this workout to another day, I really just can't run without having a lot of discomfort. I believe it is some sort of constipation or perhaps something I ate, all I know is that it hurt like hell yesterday and hurts like hell today. Going to make sure to do some rolling and recovery and destress from all the e learning I have been doing. It has been a rough quarantine so far but I know I'll be able to come out on top.
