Notes

My plan to get back on my feet from feeling crappy is this. 1. Start getting better sleep, no less than 8:15 a night

2. Better nutrition. Eating more of what is healthy and less of what isn't (I have been doing this since winter however)

3. Focus on manual recovery. Roll, Recovery boots, Ice

4. Find motivation. I am going to start reading "Amazing Racers" as if it were homework.

5. Iron. Even though I am not vegetarian, I am going to take iron supplements and focus more on eating red meat, just in case.
