Notes

I think this is something that I am going to implement for my own development as a runner. I am not sure if I will keep this system in tact for after my shin pain goes away but who knows, if it helps me then I think it will be worth while. For the meantime, each Sunday I am going to cross train instead of run, give my legs a day off and work on my muscular development. I will still get in a good effort, but without the pounding which I think will help me a lot. On days where we double I am going to cross train and run because I just think the pounding is really catching up to my body. I am actually very excited for this and happy to implement this as a part of my training.
