Ran shirtless despite wind; ran easy but stronger than last time; felt great to run shirtless w/o all the layers; lots of cars, schoolbuses, walkers, and dogs since late in morning. Passed only one kid at bus stop near cemetery - probably thought I was nuts running shirtless in March.
