strideouts at indoor track. I think I messed up with watch or time again. couple of strideouts and recovery's not right.
Modified to include 2 untimed strideouts which matches better since recovery laps for 3 strideouts were faster than strideouts. I think I hit stop on watch instead of lap counter. I remember counting intervals and surprised watch laps didn't match so instead of 7X400 did 8. Also overall pace closer to normal but tried to run slower on recovery. Did not include distance for unrecorded intervals in pace calc.
