Notes

Before heading out on my run today, decided to do a few pre-run core exercises. So did a 100 push-ups and 100 crunches with a few planks and leg stretches thrown in for good measure.

4.5 miles for team #TheRunaways. Temps were in the mid 70's F at 6:30 AM and humid. First 2 miles were o.k. but last 2 miles pace started to drop. Air was thick and legs seemed to be going dead. Not yet acclimated I guess so decided to cut run to shorter distance. Finished soaked. Not my best run but figured better than heat stroke. ;)
