Notes
Long run; ran shirtless even though started temp in low 70's; decided to run long; lots of bikers and even few lunchtime runners; geese, ducks, and great blue heron. Also passed turtle laying eggs on side of towpath. Pushing it with knees though. Will need to do a rest day tomorrow.
