AAlmost didn't run, but decided when I got to Washington Crossing that I would. It was one of those days...kept pace easy due to heat. Also went off towpath to do a little trail running which turned out to be more of a walk run than running. Added about a half mile to my planned run. Felt better after run than before run. Marty owes me a beer for missing the run. ;) #shirtless
