Notes
I kept pace nice and easy for long run. There was more traffic on roads as well as more runners this morning. I even passed 2 other shirtless runners. One a teenager in racing shorts and the other a 30 something guy. Almost decided to do 10 miles but will be running tomorrow and Monday so saving it.
