Notes
I did a mile warm-up prior to race with several BCCR folks. Actual finish time was 23:19.24 came in 97th overall. Course had lots of curves and even some very low inclines. Started in back of group at start and had to maneuver around slower runners at start. By time we finished the temps seemed to have risen to high 60's. Good food and water ice at end.
