Restating walk run cycle again to see if AT will improve. No orthotic inserts in shoes only heel raises to increase heel to toe difference since appears that no issues when shoes were 12-10mm heel to toe height but developed issues when <10 mm. According to intranet, heel to toe for cumulus is 9mm so foam inserts should raise to at least 12mm. Streatched before and after run. Also plan on doing more AT stretches rest of day and tomorrow..
