Did an early morning run with Marty starting at Blackrock. Started sweating during pre-run stretch and waiting on GPS. Originally planned to run further but we both decided that 4 miles was enough due to heat and humidity. Air was barely breathable it was so humid. AT acted up first mile or so then settled down on rest of run. AC in car afterwards felt good and cold.
