Very humid run after work...didn't rain until I finished. Decided to do the loop when I reached Bull Island Bridge. Mile 5 difficult to get past construction zone. Past the BCRR open water group running opposite direction. Most I did not recognize, some shirtless like me. AT issue still not resolved.
