Not an A+ day. My strength carried me through the race. I will call it a B day. I did not feel smooth. Quick pace at beginning was uncomfortable probably because of lack of 10k speed work. I am confident if I were to put in 4-6 weeks of specific 10K training a sub 32:00 is within the realm of possibility.
