|Why do I run:
To lose weight. To get away from it all, if only for 30 minutes, to feel like I am doing something that most everyone I know isn't when I wake up before light and hit the pavement, to keep up with and eventually overtake some of the runners in my running group. Oh a bunches of reasons.

Started running b/c that's what HS athletes did...Started back running to attempt to lose weight.
