COMMENTS: Tempo with Miles 3-4 in 7:05, 7:05, Miles 7-8 in 7:15, 7:14. Had planned to do middle 4 at tempo pace, but blew up after mile 4 and did 5 easy. Felt better during mile 6 so picked it up for the last 2.
