Notes
Was going to do 3 x 1 mile before workout at NC track, but did first mile a little too hard (1/4 was 1:36, didn't catch the mile split, but probably about 6:40). After 1:48 1/4 for the first lap of the 2nd repeat I gave up and ran easy about 10 laps, talked to Hal a bit. Also some 'hill repeats' with Jake at Zack's soccer game.
