Planned on 10 miles 1.5 wu/cd 2 x 3 mile tempo with 1 mile rest. Made it 2.5 miles into 2nd repeat, then cooled down until treadmill stoppesd. Docked a quality star for cutting it short, but still pretty happy with the 5.5 miles at 7 min/mile pace, even if its easy treadmill.
