Notes

Form drills beforehand. 2 hallways of hip extention sideways with band on legs, one forward. Some pulling things with cord. Crunches, other ab stuff don't remember. Weird tricep pushups; Lifting legs while laying on stomach and upper body staying on ground; Ended with 90 sec plank.
