Back to my old self this morning; in fact, this was faster than my old self typically runs. I didn't feel sore, but maybe a bit tighter or tougher than normal. The only unique thing about this run was the tripped-out guy in the tunnel who was hallucinating and yammering and lunged toward me as I ran past. I dodged, and I don't think he meant any harm. I would have reported him, for his own sake, if I had had a means of doing so.
