Notes
This is what running is all about. Beautiful, post-thunderstorm morning. Great to see the creek rushing for a change. Multitudes out running, and friendly. I felt very good, was aware of PTT, but not really bothered by it. Felt fairly depleted post-run, as would be expected, but recovery is going quickly. I am feeling pretty confident about marathon, although it's not going to be easy going after mile 20 at an 8:18 pace.
