Pleasant morning. Two owls hooting in chorus east of 56th. This was my first time this year for consecutive BF runs, and I was a little concerned. Feet were a little more sensitive, but it wasn't a problem. By the second half of the run, my form was feeling so good that I wanted to make it a tempo run. Everything felt very good.
