6:30 is too early for a Sunday. /whine
I felt pretty good, except for a brand new, occasional pain behind the ball of my left foot. It seems to have gone away. Got to the turnaround and saw the pretty miserable pace and picked it up. 10:00 going, 9:00 returning. I think most of my easy runs are negative split.
This is all coming up because I now have my Timex Ironman (2nd run with it).
