Notes
This just felt good. I felt strong, and the run was effortless and seemed to go very quickly. Moon was peeking through the clouds. Had a pretty good night's sleep, and that may have contributed to the quality. My calves were appreciative of the day off, but right calf began to feel tight, and feels so after the run.
While running through the tunnel, I heard Gollum plop into the water. (?)
