This was a noisy treadmill. I felt like I was exposing myself to the whole gym. Decided to embrace it. Yeah, made this kind of a fartlek, periodically increasing pace to 8:30 and to sub-8:00. Felt quite good, on the whole.
I didn't check the display when I quit, so time and distance are very approximate.
