Yep, felt pretty light on my feet this morning. That tends to confirm my theory that a bit of speedwork the day before Boston might have made a huge difference. I think a little more attention to nutrition might have been in order as well. Anyway, today's run was nice, and I encountered eleven other runners; quite a few more than I expected.
