Notes
A very dark morning, but my ankle didn't have its usual stiffness, and my feet were not tender. After the first mile I picked up the cadence quite a bit, and maintained it for the rest of the run. The whole run felt good. Sky was pretty. Encountered six runners, all women, on the way back. Also the usual couple walking. Post-run, I forgot to take an aspirin, and later my ankle is a bit tender, but it'll probably be fine by morning.
