Notes
This became more of a tempo run than a fartlek because when I got going, I didn't really want to slow down. A 9:00 pace doesn't seem that fast on virtual paper, but I felt I was booking it. Encountered about 5 other runners; too dark to know for sure. Have another run this evening.
