First run with new shoes. They felt loose actually, and after the warmup walk I tightened them as much as I felt advisable.
So, it wasn't the best night for running. After a quick recovery from a cold last week, I woke up this morning congested and feeling like I'm coming down with bronchitis. Besides that, I had limited time tonight, so I ran only two miles. Running in light rain was nice, though. The shoes felt good if a touch loose. Felt I was running hard, with long strides, but my time isn't that great. Now, should I be worried that I'm feeling new pain in my knees?
