A number of boot camp gals in the park. Near collision with group of four women in the tunnel.
Time to prepare for the Lincoln Mile, hence the speedwork. Did it only in the second half. I can run fast, but didn't try doing it for a whole mile. I have no idea how to pace a mile, so I'll just run fast and see the result.
