Notes
My longest practice run so far. Started out in fog, which was pretty cool. Looking for a different course, this grew to a bit longer than planned, but it's all good. I felt strong, having not done a lot of running this week; knees felt pretty good. Took the whole run at a pretty moderate pace. Pushed myself to extend stride a couple of times, but didn't obsess over it. It was just a very comfortable run, even toward the end. Now I start tapering for the Buffalo Run.
(Logged extra 0.2 miles because I turned on Broadmoore instead of Bermuda.)
