Hate to even log this. It wasn't planned well, and didn't go well from the start. I had intended to do a longish run in shoes, but got to bed late and foolishly decided to get up later and do a short BF run instead. My feet weren't ready - they were way too sensitive, so I sensibly turned around early on.
