I felt good. Quite a bit of slipperiness in spite of the cold. Just enough sun to melt a thin layer on top of the very smooth ice. Holmes Lake trail was deceptively cleaned at the top, but more or less impassable at the bottom, so I switched to the icy road. I'll stick to the upper trail on dark runs.
