Notes

Did not do any official pre-run stretching, but did the warmup walk with the dog. I felt good before the run, and continued to feel good during. The one limiting factor was the late hour. I started out with the 6.5 miler in mind, but kept my options open. Started running hard from the beginning, both in pace and stride. Kept it up throughout the run, with a couple of brief stops for breath. Legs felt really strong; even ran with a good stride on the inclines. Decided to limit to four miles as I ran, thinking about dinner and getting to bed before midnight.
