Notes
Having given blood yesterday, I was prepared for a slow run, and for the possibility of aborting at any time. Nonetheless, I started with a quick, light cadence. Felt good. By the turnaround, I thought my energy was flagging a little. I didn't feel tired; just didn't feel like pushing. Well, I hadn't been pushing anyway, and I didn't start then. I was estimating a 1:02 - 1:03 time, so was quite surprised to see the stopwatch.
The moon and Jupiter were spectacular.
