Didn't plan this. This afternoon I was thinking that some of the best marathon training is doing doubles. Then I thought, there's no time like the present. My legs were down with it; ankles and PTT a bit less so, but not bad, and unexpectedly, my liver was a bit upset with me. Sort of stands to reason, though, and that's why one does these. Remarkably good.

This screws up the scale on my daily run chart. Oh well.
