Yes, that's the time on my watch, with no special effort to get it to that number. But more special was the herons. First saw one on the west bank, unusual because there's little cover there. Then stopped on the east bank to look at one which I at first thought was an egret because of the way it was standing. On the way back it was in its stately heron stance, but I then saw a little heron with it. My first heron baby. Then there were two more adults on the north bank. As for my running, it was fine; a bit slow because of yesterday's 16 miles. Quite a few others out.
