I'm going to have to stop drinking beer the night before a run. Since every night is the night before a run, that's a problem. Anyway, my legs felt leaden, and that is seeming to correlate with beer consumption. Misty morning, 97% humidity. Several other runners, but not as many as yesterday in the rain.
