Later run because I went to the farmers' market this morning. Pleasant temperature for an easy run, would be less so for racing. Holmes Park is being heavily utilized. Met Jesse coming back along Pioneers.
PTT is really bothering me. Not convinced that rest days help, though. I noticed my shoes are getting a lot of heel wear. They're not going to make 1200 miles. Have I changed my stride?
