Notes

Went extremely gingerly. Stretched thoroughly first, walked dog around block, then walked the uphill block before starting a very careful run down the block. As soon as I felt hamstring complain, went back to walk. Repeated several times. Stopped before I really wanted to, just to be on the safe side. Leg felt good afterward, and I did, too. Felt less discouraged. At least I may be able to run, if not at the pace I had been doing.
